Season Dates
Warrandyte Netball Club competes in the Saturday competition for two seasons each year through the Manningham Netball Association:
- Autumn season: February to June
- Spring season: July to November
Registrations typically open 4–6 weeks before each season. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when registrations open.
We run our
Woolworths NetSetGO
Ages 5–10
No club fee
$99 NV membership — includes welcome pack
Junior Saturday (9U – 17U)
Up to and including the calendar year you turn that age
$200 per season
+ $73 NV membership if not already paid
Senior Saturday (21U / Opens)
18 and over
$170 per season

Senior club fees include competition entry and clubroom usage.
Netball Victoria (NV) membership includes insurance and is paid once per calendar year — it covers both the autumn and spring seasons. If you have already paid through another association, it won’t appear in your cart. Junior club fees include competition entry, coaches, and training sessions.
Age groups: “9 and Under” means you can play in that age group up to and including the calendar year you turn 9. The same principle applies to all age groups (11U, 13U, 15U, 17U, 21U).
Every season, families join Warrandyte Netball Club for the first time. Our coaches and team managers make sure new players settle in quickly — no one gets left standing on the sideline wondering what to do.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to play?
Netball-appropriate shoes (runners with good ankle support), a WNC uniform (available through our online shop), and a drink bottle. New players don’t need a uniform straight away.
Where do we train and play?
Training: Taroona Avenue, Warrandyte
Games: Manningham Templestowe Leisure Centre, corner of Foote and Anderson Streets, Templestowe
How do grading trials work?
All players attend grading trials before each season. Trials are overseen by external selectors to ensure fair and objective team placement. You’ll be placed in a team that matches your age group and ability level.
Can I play if I’m registered with another club?
Yes, as long as the other club is in a different association (not Manningham). You only pay the Netball Victoria fee once per calendar year — if you’ve already paid through another association, it won’t appear in your WNC registration.
What if I miss grading trials?
Contact our registrar at registrar@warrandytenetball.org as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to place you in a suitable team, though options may be more limited after grading is complete.
Can I register mid-season?
In some cases, yes. Contact our registrar to discuss availability. Mid-season placements depend on team numbers and competition rules.
Who do I contact with questions?
