Who We Share Information With

- Netball Victoria and Manningham Netball Association — as required for player registration, insurance, and competition entry
- Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC) — to send email newsletters. Mailchimp stores data in the United States and complies with data protection frameworks
- Square — to process online payments for uniform purchases. We do not store credit card details on our website
- TeamApp — for team communication and event management
Cloudinary is used for image hosting and delivery on our website. It processes images for optimisation and delivery only and does not receive any personal data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Player registration data is held by Netball Victoria through the Netball Connect platform. WNC does not independently store registration records. Newsletter subscriber data is held in Mailchimp until you unsubscribe. Uniform shop order records are retained for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
Photos and Videos
Photos and videos taken at WNC events, training sessions, and games may be used on our website, social media channels (Facebook and Instagram), and in club publications.
Photo consent is captured through Netball Connect as part of the registration process. If you wish to withdraw your consent, contact the club at info@warrandytenetball.org. We will make reasonable efforts to remove published photos, though we cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms or cached copies.
