Registrations for 2020 teams trials are now open
All players interested in joining a WNC netball team for the 2020 Autumn Season (February – June) must try out on Saturday, 30th November at the Templestowe Courts for U13 – U17 (specific times for each age group will be advised). U11’s trials will be held on Thursday, 28th November from 4-5 pm at WNC, Taroona Avenue.
Please use the link to MyNetball to register for trials and pay your $50 deposit, which will be deducted from your Autumn 2020 fees when you pay the balance in January 2020.
CLOSING DATE for registrations is Friday, 22nd November 2019.
If you are unable to attend team trials day or are having trouble signing into your MyNetball profile, please email us at registrar@warrandytenetball.org as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:
- U9 players do not need to try out for a team but should register and pay their deposit by the closing date.
- U11 players team trials will be held on Thursday, 28th November from 4-5 pm at the Taroona Avenue Courts. U13-17 age groups trials will be held at Templestowe.
- Please use the “Comments” box when registering through MyNetball to advise any development or friendship requests. We will endeavour to facilitate these requests but cannot guarantee them.
Please ensure you turn up to trials for the correct age group. To determine your age group, the DDNA By-Law regarding age is below:
Participant age is determined as at 31st December of that year. To avoid any doubt, this means that a participant turning:
- 9 on the 31st of December of that year is eligible to play for the 9 and under playing group.
- 11 on the 31st of December of that year is eligible to play for the 11 and under playing group.
- 13 on the 31st of December of that year is eligible to play for the 13 and under playing group.
- 15 on the 31st of December of that year is eligible to play for the 15 and under playing group.
- 17 on the 31st of December of that year is eligible to play for the 17 and under playing group.
